BUSINESS HOURS
Monday to Friday — 8am to 6pm. Weekends can be arranged with advanced notice.
Add an additional $5 for after hours or weekend visits.

PAYMENT INFO
Furry Excursions accepts cash, cheques, or e-transfers. A charge of $10 will apply to NSF cheques.

SERVICE AREA
Kitchener/Waterloo. Please inquire for visits outside this area (an additional fee may apply depending upon your location).

BONDED AND INSURED
Furry Excursions is bonded and insured with Economical Insurance Company.

NOTIFICATIONS
After  each dog walk or cat visit the pet owner/guardian will be notified by a  text message, email, or hand-written note (as per your preference).

SCHEDULING
Furry Excursion requires 48 hours notice for scheduling in visits, subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS
Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation of walks or visits.
Cancellation fees: Less than 24 hours notice – $5 / Within 1 hour of walk/visit – $10
This does not apply to unforeseen circumstances such as illness.

EMAILS/PHONE CALLS
Emails  and phone calls will be answered within the same business day. Weekend  and holiday inquiries will be answered within 24hrs.

COLLARS AND LEASHES
Furry  Excursions will NOT use choke or prong collars as these are harmful to  dogs. Please provide a proper leash, collar or harness for your dog.

Dogs must have up-to-date vaccines.

Your privacy is important and your information will be kept secure and confidential and will NOT be shared with anyone outside of Furry Excursions.
